"This is my third year of having a team on the WOMAN Challenge. The first two years I had a team based on people at work. This year I have a team based on a group of Weight Watcher ladies in their 50's across the country! This has always been a great motivator for me and got me hooked on using a pedometer. Looking forward to a great Challenge in 2008!"

"Hi, I had a heart ablation 2 months ago & I want to be healthy for my family so they will be proud of my success!"

"I am so excited to join this challenge. Right now at my school, we are having a getting fit contest related with baseball and it will end soon, so having this to continue on for the summer will help me stay fit as well as the other women who are in the contest with me. I am very pumped to see what my team can do and how we can stay fit and trimmed for the summer and months beyond. How FLAB can stay FAB!!!"

"I am so excited to do this again. I did it last year without a team. After the challenge I kept walking. That led to running. This year I am thirty pounds lighter and so much healthier, and looking forward to this challenge again!"

"Last year I participated but I didn't complete the challenge due to circumstances. However, it was a very motivating adventure and I intend to try it again this year. My daughters and granddaughters have even decided to begin a health plan and that makes it a real challenge between us, but a fun one!"

"I entered this Challenge last year, and thoroughly enjoyed it! I was a new member to Weight Watchers, and needed something that would motivate me to exercise, and this certainly did it. I have lost 50 pounds, and kept it off since last November, and I know I couldn't have done it without the walking I did! The first thing I do each morning is put on my step counter. I'm looking forward to the 2008 Challenge, and wish everyone the best of luck! Laura Hayden"

"I am very happy I participated in the challenge! I am going to continue challenging myself to walk at 60 minutes a day. I can feel the difference in my energy level. I am no longer a couch potato! Thank you very much."

"This has been a great incentive to me. Because I have been wearing the pedometer, it has really made me aware of either how active or inactive I have been each day. The goal I have set has given me the incentive to make sure I meet it daily."

"I never realized just how much time I spend doing "nothing" - it could really count as something big. I started with the goal of just getting moving on a daily basis, beginning with only 1000 steps a day. In just five short weeks I've gone from barely walking around half a block with my teammates to walking an average of six miles a day while on vacation in Chicago! Those 10-15000 steps equated to a weight loss of five pounds - without cutting my favorite foods while on vacation! This challenge has really inspired me to keep going and work harder!"

"I love the Women Challenge. It really makes me feel good that I am doing this with other women. The biggest factor is that I can not believe I walk so much during work. That was my biggest shocker. Good Luck ladies and continue towards your destination."
