Would you like to stay active all year long?
Join the WOMAN Activity Tracker!
19,406 people and 1,263 teams participated in the 2008 WOMAN Challenge!
Here is what others have said about the
WOMAN Challenge!

"I love being active, running and doing tai chi, and on top of that, I watch an 18-month-old all day! But starting the WOMAN Challenge has helped me to really concentrate on my progress, and motivates me more. I'm amazed at how I feel now, knowing just how active my daily life really is. It's a lot of steps!"

"This year will be Team Kelso's third WOMAN Challenge. We're co-workers and we look forward to the challenge every year. We have a brown bag lunch once a week and take turns highlighting the cities where we have been and where we will be going. You can pull up a short video clip, off the Internet, for almost every city on your route. It's one way we learn about all the wonderful places this great country has to offer. Keep on moving :)"
